Ingredients:

• Finely Ground Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats is known to be gentle on sensitive skin and soothing to aching skin. 
• Coconut Flour is known to be rich in antioxidants, has antimicrobial properties, and can reduce inflammation.
• Almond Flour is particularly rich in vitamin E and magnesium, which helps nurture the skin and heal wounds.

Self-Care Tips:

• Apply this product in layers to reach the right amount of hydration
• Use a pea-sized amount on hands
• Use a dime-sized amount on chest, belly, back, and legs
• Apply immediately after showering to avoid dry, cracked skin
• Cover feet with socks to lock in deep moisture

Directions: Swipe a pea or dime-sized amount with a clean finger and spread until melted in palms. Massage into clean hands, body, and feet. Continue layering until your body is fully moisturized.
