For the last 4 years, Kahdija has been curating her own self care methodology by becoming more aware of herself and being more intentional with her choices. affirmation party

A self-talk workshop where learning how to celebrate self with words is the focus. Every participant will leave with at least one self-written affirmation that speaks to their heart; and the beginings of a lifechanging mindset shift.

guided journaling

An intentional workshop that gently leads participants into a journey of self-awareness. Simply put, it's a dedicated time and space to ponder a self-centered question and answer it in a private journal. Sharing revelations is optional, yet welcomed.

A safe space where the ladies can collectively self-embrace; where dedicated time for the female identifying Coco Love subscribers to let down their hair, sip their wine, and talk about their topic of choice. Snacks are encouraged and any topic is fair game.

Self Care In The Workplace

An interactive workshop where we examine and discuss the effectiveness of your current self care routine while at work.

Broken Pottery

A self-love based workshop where participants must intentionally self-reflect to generate list of adjectives that positively describe themselves. Each adjective is then written on a broken piece of a clay pot. But before deciphering how to reassemble that pot, every broken piece must have a positively self-descriptive word on it.

Shattered Pots

A workshop where words that have made you feel less than and unworthy are shattered and thrown away. After writing the negatively charged words on a terra cotta pot, you will throw it as hard as you can against the back wall of a dumpster; resembling your release of these words from your life.
